Yes, early check-in is subject to availability and will be charged at ₹200 per hour from 5 AM onwards. For check-ins before 5 AM, the full rent for the previous day will be applicable.

Yes, late check-out is subject to availability. A charge of ₹300 per hour applies until 3 PM. After 3 PM, the full-day rent will be applicable
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 7 days, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds for payments made via scanner will take up to 60 days to process. Please contact us for specific terms based on your booking.
Do you arrange honeymoon décor?
Yes, we do! Our honeymoon décor package costs ₹2,500 and includes a beautifully decorated bed with fresh flower petals, balloons elegantly placed on the floor, a “Happy Anniversary” sign (if applicable), and two glasses of wine or a refreshing mocktail to create the perfect romantic ambiance. Customization options are available upon request.
Do you arrange birthday décor?
Yes, we do! Our birthday décor package costs ₹2,500 and includes a beautifully decorated room with balloons on the floor, a “Happy Birthday” sign, a decorated bed with flower petals, and a delicious cake to celebrate the occasion. Customization options are available upon request.
Do you arrange pick-up and drop-off from the airport?
Yes, we provide airport pick-up and drop-off services for 2 people at ₹1,800 one way. To book, please send us a WhatsApp message at 7768811998 (messages only, no calls).

Yes, we can arrange bike rentals for you. Charges depend on availability and range from ₹350 to ₹550 per day (without petrol) for one day. A copy of your original driving license will be required. To book, please inform us at least a day in advance.
How can we go for sightseeing?
You can book a sightseeing tour in an AC coach for ₹500 per person per day. The tour covers North Goa on one day and South Goa on another day, allowing you to explore the best attractions comfortably. To book, please inform us in advance.
